Corky has been tattooing since 2023, with a love for traditional tattooing that started long before picking up a machine. Growing up around punk, hardcore and alternative music, the bold, timeless nature of traditional tattooing quickly became an obsession.

 

These days Corky’s work is rooted in bold, bright Old School & American Traditional, with a deep appreciation for Japanese tattooing and the history behind both styles. Always digging through old flash, Corky loves seeing how classic designs have been passed from one tattooer to the next, each leaving their own mark on them.

 

While flash is always welcome, Corky is especially drawn to larger custom pieces that flow with the body rather than just sit on it. Thighs, biceps, shoulders and other larger placements are favourite canvases, with a focus on creating tattoos that fit the area naturally while keeping the bold readability that makes traditional tattooing last.

 

Pin-ups, skulls and classic traditional characters are favourite subjects to draw, and every piece is approached with strong composition, solid colour and plenty of character.

 

In Corky’s chair, the goal is simple: make the experience feel comfortable, exciting and like you’re getting tattooed by a mate while leaving with something built to last.
